Chattooga Indians Wrestling 101

After being part of the inaugural class of wrestlers at Chattooga High School, Jake Burdick, learned the basics from head coach, Mike Miller, who knew as much about strengthening the body and mind and character as he did about wrestling. Josh & Sam Allmond were hugely successful wrestlers who joined the youth program to begin training local youths in an effort to encourage the growth of the sport and some day offer the high school program a few more seasoned and experienced athletes.

Partner with great wrestlers to help identify your strength and weaknesses and improve your skills.

With 15 years of experience coaching and a decade of mat time in youth and high school wrestling, Josh Allmond coaches advance technique that has shaped multiple state champions, nationally ranked wrestlers, and countless state placers.

  • Fundamental training
  • Position-specific strategy
