Chattooga Indians Wrestling 101

After being part of the inaugural class of wrestlers at Chattooga High School, Jake Burdick, learned the basics from head coach, Mike Miller, who knew as much about strengthening the body and mind and character as he did about wrestling. Josh & Sam Allmond were hugely successful wrestlers who joined the youth program to begin training local youths in an effort to encourage the growth of the sport and some day offer the high school program a few more seasoned and experienced athletes.
